We work directly with the sellers—banks, credit unions, hedge funds—to acquire these assets for the purpose of future monetization. Because of our close relationships with these institutions, we are able to purchase assets at substantial discounts. This allows us to pass on and share our discounts with the borrowers, creating win-win solutions for everyone involved including our investors and partners.
Our primary focus is the acquisition and workout of non- performing 2nd position mortgages. We possess extensive experience creating successful exit strategies that benefit all involved parties. Our plan moving forward is to continue working with residential second position notes while diversifying into first position, residential and commercial non-performing notes.
In addition to the work out of these loans with the borrowers, a growing portion of our business focuses on the purchase and immediate sell-off of some of these assets. This allows us to recoup a large portion of our initial investment in a short period of time and return a significant amount of our investor’s capital very quickly.
